Lake Mary, FL
Poblocki Sign Company, through a collaboration with Orlando Health, Hunton-Brady Architects and KMA Design, fabricated and installed all exterior and interior signage for the Medical Office Building and Emergency Room at the new Medical Park in Lake Mary, FL.
When complete, the Medical Park will include a Patient Bed Tower and onsite parking structure. Thus, the exterior signage was designed to provide maximum visibility of the brand whilst preparing for the future size of the Park.
The medical park is being constructed in phases, all the while open to the community, patients and physicians. The signage would need to be flexible enough to serve the interim wayfinding needs as construction phases progress yet maintain the integrity of the architectural design.
All freestanding signs have fabricated aluminum bases and structures with internal illumination. The graphics are push-thru and placed on individually interchangeable panels. All 11 logo faces are decorated with perforated overlays to provide full color daytime appearance yet white illuminated appearance at evening.
The main ID sign is the permanent Park “beacon” with its radiused profile situated and aimed towards the primary entrance to the park. For some flair, the vertical “EMERGENCY” tower is fully backlit with the topper section housing programmable RBG LEDs.
The impressive main ID sign is highly visible day or night drawing attention to the park’s main entrance while making a strong branding statement. The wayfinding signage is flexible for future growth.
