Partner in LEED
LEED certification has become a top goal for many developers. It’s become a major focus for us, as well.
We’re determined to help you achieve LEED certification points in your projects, and we believe it’s important to lead by example. That’s why we’re working toward gaining LEED Silver certification for our own manufacturing facility. Two of our team members are also in training to become LEED Accredited Professionals.

Better Materials for a Cleaner Environment
There’s a lot more at stake in sustainability than awards and certificates. The right materials and processes can reduce both environmental impact and operating costs, among other benefits. And, our Green Team is exploring every opportunity.
Among our new, ecologically friendly materials:
- Low-VOC (volatile organic compound) paints. Made from raw, natural ingredients, these paints are far better for public health and the environment than conventional paints.
- Sustainable ADA signage. Featuring nontoxic biopolymers, with none of the harmful byproducts of traditional photopolymer processing, these signs are far more energy and water efficient and contain up to 40 percent recycled material.
- Light-Emitting Diode (LED) signage. LED-illuminated signs are 85 percent more efficient than signage with neon lights.
