Signs of the Times Magazine recognized Poblocki Sign Company with three design awards in the following categories: First Place in Electric Monument Signs for Century City project, Third Place in Commercial Monument Signs for Triton College project and Third Place in Electric Building Signs for Riverside Theater project.

The International Sign Contest comprised 285 entries. The entries were evaluated by four local sign-fabrication and design professionals who represent the industry’s diversity. The judges score the entries on a score of 1 to 10 based on three criteria: Theme, Complexity and Artistic Merit. The top 25-30% of each category advance to the next round; then, adjudicators verbally debut each contender’s merits and assign awards accordingly. Poblocki won awards in three of ten categories.

“Century City, Triton College and Riverside Theater were all unique projects requiring the right balance of creativity, engineering and craftmanship.” said Sarah Watson, Leader of Design – Exterior Studio. “The sign solutions we developed will be lasting testaments to their brands that enhance the customer experience.”
