Poblocki Sign Company Acquires Quality Sign Systems
Poblocki Sign Company is pleased to announce that as of Jan. 1, it will acquire Quality Sign Systems and merge the two operations under the Poblocki banner.
Quality Sign Systems, formerly affiliated with ASI-Modulex, is a leading architectural signage solution provider with locations across the southeast region. The Raleigh, N.C.-based company was established in 1989 and is well recognized for its experience in providing high quality signage solutions and its strong portfolio.
The acquisition will bring enhanced capabilities to Poblocki’s already experienced staff, including national sign programs and design-build solutions. For more than 75 years, Poblocki has been a leader in sign industry, providing world-class fabrication, project management and expertise in managing the implementation of sign programs.
While Poblocki currently provides signage service across the United States, the expanded footprint allows Poblocki’s new and existing clients access to an additional offices in the southeast region. Poblocki also opened a new location in Omaha, Neb. in Mid-2009.
Poblocki and Quality Sign Systems’ shared business philosophies made the acquisition an ideal fit. Both companies focused on the same key markets and are committed to providing the highest quality solutions, in every aspect of their businesses.
